Booking & Payments

  • We recommend securing your date as early as possible, especially during peak wedding and events season (May–September).

    Dates often fill up months in advance, so early booking ensures availability.

  • Yes, we take a small deposit to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due before the event.

    This guarantees your date and allows us to begin preparing your tailored experience.

  • Simply contact us to check availability, confirm your package, and pay the deposit.

    Once completed, your booking is fully secured, and we’ll send confirmation paperwork.

  • Yes!

    We understand weddings and events are a big investment.

    Flexible payment plans can be arranged upon request.

  • If your plans change, we’ll always try to accommodate.

    Deposits are refundable up to 7 days prior to your event.

    But we can often transfer your booking to a new date depending on availability.

  • Opulence360 is fully covered with Public Liability Insurance and all our equipment is PAT tested, which many venues require.

Pricing & Packages

  • Our packages start from £195, with 2, 3, and 4-hour options available.

    Each package includes full setup, an experienced operator, unlimited booth use, instant sharing, and customised overlays

  • Everything you need for a seamless experience: setup and takedown, trained booth attendants, luxury props, instant video sharing, and access to all videos after the event.

  • Yes, longer bookings or multi-day corporate activations benefit from tailored pricing.

    Whether it’s additional hours, photography add-ons, or custom branding, we’ll create a package that perfectly suits your celebration or corporate event.

Event Day Setup & Operation

  • We require around 3m x 3m of flat space with access to power.

    If you’re unsure, we’ll liaise directly with your venue to confirm suitability.

  • Our setup usually takes 45–60 minutes.

    We always arrive well in advance to ensure everything is perfect before your event begins.

  • Yes, every booking includes a trained, uniformed booth attendant who ensures everything runs smoothly and guests enjoy the full experience.

  • Up to 4 guests can enjoy the booth at a time (weight dependent), making it a perfect mix of fun and safety.

  • We provide a curated selection of luxury props to match your event’s vibe.

    For weddings, expect elegant extras; for corporate activations, we can supply branded or themed options.

Customisation & Branding

  • Yes, we offer fully branded overlays, logos, and themes to make your event completely personalised.

    We pride ourselves on delivering a seamless luxury experience that blends effortlessly with your décor.

  • Every booking includes a customised video overlay, whether it’s your names and wedding date, a company logo, or a bespoke design.

  • We specialise in branded corporate activations, offering full logo integration, branded props, and shareable video templates designed to maximise social media reach.

Guest Experience & Sharing

  • Videos are shared instantly via QR code, or AirDrop. Guests can save and share their videos within seconds.

  • Yes, once your video is downloaded to your phone, you can share the event in real time uploading the video to any social media platform.

  • No problem, we always have a portable Wi-fi device which we connect to ensuring a stable connection at every event.

  • Yes, our 360 booth captures high-quality slow-motion videos, and we can add custom effects on request.

  • After the event, you’ll receive a private gallery with every video captured, perfect for reliving memories or sharing with guests.

Locations & Travel

  • We are based in Birmingham and the West Midlands, but Opulence360 provides nationwide coverage across the UK.

  • Yes! We regularly travel to London, Manchester, and other major UK cities. Travel fees may apply depending on distance.
